Will my watch arrive working?

Yes ♡ Every watch is tested and fitted with a working battery before shipping.

How long does the battery last?

Typically 6–12 months, sometimes longer depending on the piece.

Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final. If there’s an issue, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll help.

Can my watch be resized?

Yes ♡ Complimentary resizing is available on most pieces—just leave a note at checkout.

What condition are the watches in?

All pieces are vintage, so light signs of wear are expected and part of their character.

Can I wear my watch in water?

We don’t recommend it—vintage watches should be kept dry.
